1. Chemical Product Return Restrictions

Due to the sensitive chemical nature of liquid epoxy resins and hardeners, bottles cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unsealed, or exposed to ambient workshop environments.

2. Transit Damage & Leakage Claims

We pack all bottles with thick air cushions and double-sealed induction caps to withstand heavy transit across India. However, if you receive a severely damaged, leaking, or incorrect package, you are fully eligible for a free replacement.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Evidence

To process transit claims smoothly with our logistics partners, an uninterrupted unboxing video displaying the shipping label and the damaged items must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
